Our services
Resoecho LLC provides software tools that help local service businesses collect and organize customer service requests. Our products facilitate communication between customers and service businesses but do not perform the underlying field services themselves. Resoecho LLC provides software tools only and does not provide tree services, roofing, plumbing, cleaning, landscaping, or other field services.
Customer-submitted information
When you submit a service request through one of our intake tools, you agree to provide accurate and relevant information to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the content you submit, including photos, descriptions, and contact details.
Service business responsibilities
Service businesses that receive requests through our products are solely responsible for reviewing request details, providing quotes, scheduling work, and performing services. Resoecho LLC is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a service business.
No guarantees
Resoecho LLC does not guarantee quote accuracy, job availability, response times, or the performance of any service provider. Our tools are provided to help organize and deliver request information — final decisions about quotes, scheduling, and service delivery remain with the service business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products, submit false or misleading information, attempt to interfere with the operation of our services, or use our tools for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resoecho LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.
Our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
